Walk out the front door and in one minute you are at the main bus stop where there will be three buses waiting for you so you never have to wait for a bus. Depending on traffic you can be at city center in five minutes.  If you look at any map of Ukraine you will see that the largest road through Simferopol actually curves around city center to allow for high speed travel. We are two blocks from this road so it is very quick and easy to get here from the airport, train station, or anywhere in Simferopol.

This hostel is very conveniently located right at the Свобода [Swo-boda] (Freedom) bus stop. If you take buses number 51, 61, or 3 (#3 is electric) going north the bus will pull into and turn off and everybody must get off at the Свобода [Swo-boda] (Freedom) bus stop and you will literally be less than one minute walk to the front door of the hostel. The street the hostel is on named Tamanskaya is not marked with a sign but it is very easy to find because from the parking lot of the Swo-boda bus stop just walk to the end of the parking lot away from where the buses are parked and you will be on Tamanskaya street. There are several other buses that drive past the Свобода [Swo-boda] (Freedom) bus stop and all you need to look for on the bus’s sign is Свобода and make sure it is headed north not south. These buses are numbers 27, 48, 68, 75, 78, 100, 102, 104, 105 and possibly a few more. If you take one of these buses it is good to know how to ask the driver to let you off, in which case you will want to say: На Остановке [Na Ostanov-kia] (Next Stop) and if you want you can add a Пожалуйста [Pa-jalsta] (Please).

When travelling from the train station: Use the crosswalk in front of the train station to cross the street, the bus stop will be about 15 meters (15 yards or 45 feet) in front of you. Wait for buses 51, 61, or 3 these buses will pull into, stop and turn off and everybody must get off at the Свобода [Swo-boda] (Freedom) bus stop. From here walk across the bus parking lot away from the buses. The end of this parking lot is our street Таманская (Tamanskaya). Turn left. We are the third house on the right.

When travelling from the airport: Take any bus that says Ж/Д Вокзал [Ja/Day Vok-zaal] (Train Station). You will know you have arrived at the train station when you see the McDonalds. Follow instructions above for traveling from the train station. If you want to take a taxi have us call one for you to save you about 50%. Our address is listed above.

When traveling from a bus station other than the Свобода [Swo-boda] (Freedom) bus station: Take any bus that says Ц. Рынок [Ce. Re-nock] (Center Bizarre) or Ж/Д Вокзал [Ja/Day Vok-zaal] (Train Station). If you take the one to the train station follow instructions above for train station. If you take the one to the center bizarre you want to use the bus stop that is directly across the street from the main bus stop at the bizarre. There is an underground walkway you can use to cross the street. Wait for buses 51, 61, or 3 these buses will pull into, turn off and everybody must get off at the Свобода [Swo-boda] (Freedom) bus stop. From here walk across the bus parking lot away from the buses. The end of this parking lot is our street Таманская (Tamanskaya). Turn left. We are the third house on the right.

We can personally escort from the airport, train station, or bus station to the hostel or for that matter to and from anywhere in Simferopol for only $8.00 If possible please contact us two or more days prior to you arrival so that we can be sure to schedule an escort for you and we greatly appreciate if you can contact us again 30-60 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that you are on schedule.
